Bihar Assembly Elections: Voting on October 28, November 3-7, Results on November 10



The election struggle has started in Bihar.  On Friday, the Election Commission announced the dates for the assembly elections.  The results will be declared on November 10 in Bihar.

 The dates for the assembly elections in Bihar have been announced.  These are the first major elections to be held in the country amid the Corona virus crisis.  These dates were announced in a press conference by the Election Commission on Friday.  This time there will be three phases of voting in Bihar and the results will be announced on 10 November.  That is, on the 10th, it will be clear that Nitish Kumar will once again become the Chief Minister of the state or that the grand alliance led by Tejashwi Yadav will create new history.


Where will elections be held in Bihar?
 Due to the Corona crisis, voting is being done in fewer stages, so that the system can be made.  Voting for the first phase will be held on October 28, while the third phase will be voted on November 3 and November 7 for the second phase.  This time election results will be declared on November 10

This time there will be changes in Bihar elections
 Elections will be held in 243 seats in Bihar, till 29 November in the state.  More than seven crore voters will vote in the 2020 elections in Bihar.  This time there will be only one thousand voters at one booth.

 - This time 6 lakh PPE kits will be given to the State Election Commission, 46 lakh masks will also be used.  Seven lakh hand sanitizers will be used, along with 6 lakh face shields will be used.

 - There are more than 18 lakh migrant laborers, out of which 16 lakh can cast their votes.  People up to the age of 80 will be able to vote with the postal ballot.

 - An hour's time has been extended for elections, voting will be held from 7 am to 6 pm.  Corona victims will be able to vote in the last hour of voting.
